Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with all the details. If you haven't received tracking information within the estimated processing time, send us a message and we'll be happy to help.

Part of the magic is the surprise! However, we'll always do our best to match your selected genre, tropes, and preferences while avoiding books you've already read whenever possible.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of books and curated mystery boxes, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.

I'm an author. Can I submit my book for consideration?

Absolutely! We love supporting indie authors. Please email us with information about your book and we'll be happy to review it.
